We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through our links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our search results, price rankings, or product recommendations.

4. Price Accuracy

We strive to display accurate and up-to-date prices but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Prices are sourced from third-party APIs and are subject to change by retailers at any time. Always verify the final price, availability, and shipping costs on the retailer's website before completing a purchase. ShopSmartAI is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies.

5. AI-Generated Content

ShopSmartAI uses artificial intelligence to generate product specifications, comparisons, and search results. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should verify critical product specifications directly with the retailer or manufacturer before making purchasing decisions.

6. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Some features (such as guest price alerts) do not require an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ShopSmartAI and at least 18 years old to create an account.

7. Acceptable Use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is $0 for free users).

ShopSmartAI contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external sites. Your interactions with retailers are solely between you and the retailer.

11. Termination
